50 seeds harvested fall 2023. Help save the monarch butterfly. These varieties do not spread by the roots. Plant in the fall. My pink are about 4′ high. The white are about 3′ high. You will receive a pack of 25 White Asclepias Tuberosa Ice Ballet and a pack of 25 Pink Asclepias Incarnata Cindrella Pink. I also have a listings for the white and pink separately. Seeds must be cold-stratified so it is easiest to plant in the fall. FYI – Our winters here have been mild and I’ve found they have not been cold enough long enough to properly cold stratify the seeds. I’ve had better luck putting them in the fridge for 3 mo before planting. Make sure to put them in a container where they won’t dry out. The Monarch butterfly has been listed on the International Union for the Conservation of Nature’s Red List of Threatened Species. It can be helped by planting one of the milkweed plants.
