Items are not NEW unless specified and can be expected to have normal wear from play. I try to take several pictures to show the item so buyers are able to visually see the item they’ll receive in as much detail as possible. I pick up things from garage sales, thrift shops etc so I cannot guarantee they are from a smoke free home. If I detect a smoke smell I will note it in the listing. I do have pets so items are not from a pet free home. Items requiring batteries have been tested but do not include batteries unless noted. I truly value my customers.
