The bases of the pans included in the Vollrath 3822 Optio Deluxe cookware set are aluminum clad, ensuring they heat evenly and reach the chef’s desired temperature quickly. Sturdy stainless steel sandwiches the temperature-reactive aluminum, protecting it from dents and scratches during high-volume use.
