If you like unique, industrial, slightly bizarre , and functional items in your life, then these speakers will definitely do the trick ! These are weatherproof indoor outdoor speakers made by the waterworks company in alameda, California. Upper tweeter, bottom driver – both high quality. Matched pair, 50 watts each. I have found almost no information on these speakers, so I am basing much of my opinion on them as they compare with my home speakers – pioneer HPM 40’s. I like the unique look of these weird little speakers, but when I took them for a test drive, I was really blown away ! They compare extremely well with my big Pioneers ! I realize that sounds a bit crazy, but it’s true- quite a pleasant shock ! This pair have been around for a while, one has a small missing piece around the upper tweeter, and that one also was on the receiving end of some light brown paint on the lower part – (please take a good look at the pictures). Neither of these minor flaws affect the function / sound at all. These speakers are NOT Bluetooth – they are wired to your stereo – old school! They may pre-date Bluetooth, but I’m not sure.
