This is the real thing! It even has old Military OD Green Repaint applied as well…. I did clean up a little & put some WD-40 to make sure it will open\close easily for you. This looks just like the one I was issued back in the 1980s(You know they issued these until they couldn’t use it anymore! It does have the “Spike” on it & the “Collar” works just fine too. Please ask your questions about it. I’ll be happy to send more pics if needed. I am disabled so I ask for an extra day to send out because I wait on mailman to pick up (I haven’t had any problems with this). USPS has only damaged one item of mine & they crushed a vintage lamp shade(I don’t think they can do that to a steel shovel & I have sold another no problems).
