I believe this is a Vintage Regal Acoustic Parlor Guitar by a a blog I found on the same guitar. Very similar to an early Martin guitar. Solid birdseye maple on the back and sides, very nice. Very lightweight guitar. Repair to the back as shown in the images, this repair was done before I acquired it but I got it checked and was told the repair had been done well. Plays well, I took to a guitar shop to get checked, the owned told me to remove the strings and allow it to lay flat for some time.
