Vintage Japanese Aizu Black Laquerware set of 8 Coasters Box with Lid. These lovely coasters are a wonderful addition to any Asian themed decor! Made of hard plastic, each coaster has a different scene from pagodas to boats to water scenes in bold colors. Box lid features a collage of other scenes including Mt. Fuji in the background and is inlaid with a small piece of abalone. The bottom is stamped Aizu Japan. Very good pre-owned condition. See photos for more details. Slight surface wear on box lid edges due to age. Coasters are in almost mint condition. Coasters are approximately 3.25″ in diameter. Box is approximately 3.5″ in diameter. Absolutely gorgeous!
