It dates to January 2003. This fan came from the notorious install inside Martell’s on the Jenkinson’s Boardwalk at Point Pleasant Beach New Jersey. If you are unfamiliar, you can watch the following video: https://youtu.be/o9VkzR4t39Q?feature=shared I have disassembled and internally cleaned this fan, as well as oiled the bearings. Some of the rust spots will not come off, however out of all the fans I obtained, this is one of the best looking cosmetically. The downrod on the fan is shown for pictures only. It will come with the original long downrod which is about 2ft. If you need a shorter one like the pictures replacements are easy to source. This also did not come with a mounting bracket so I will be including a replacement one. With the purchase of this unit you will receive the following: A complete motor assembly, light kit assembly mounting hardware, and a set of 5 fan blades.
