Used. Worked when removed. It’s over 20 years old. Expect dust on the unit etc. the main parts and components are there to be installed. It’s not new. I don’t think the motor is super loud but it’s been used over the years. You might need additional parts and pieces to install such as screws to mount to your ceiling box mount and wire nuts etc etc. Fan blades are in good shape. They don’t appear to be warped. I think screws that mount the glass over bulb are mismatched but hold it up. The main photo shows without the glass dome but it is included as shown in other photos!! Sold as is. There are no install instructions but pretty simple to install depending on knowledge of person.
