This was actually a holder for a set of coasters , but those are long gone. I’ve been using it as a napkin holder for years. Of course, it can be used to hold other things, too, like envelopes, etc. Metal sides and I believe a Bakelite base. It is clean, but the metal surface plating is a bit rough from age , and to me, gives it retro character. 3 1/4” dia. 3 1/2” high PLEASE SEE PICTURES. Sold AS IS.
