STOCK PIC SHOWN ABOVE This extremely sought after piece is a mere 17 years young yet still amazing since it was not worn on a regular basis during this time frame. If you look closely you will likely see some minor trace scuff marks to the polished sections of case. A few micro hairlines to bezel. Brushed caseback looks very good with limited marks. The bulk of the wear is found to the bracelet. The outer wrist segment of bracelet has moderate scuffing as you would expect for years of desk diving. Inside wrist segment looks notably better with mild scuffing. All in all, still a really nice looking piece you will be proud to wear and eager to enjoy. Study the pic’s and judge for yourself. The Alpnach Automatic version, while still considered fairly rare, is the most often seen, finding a quartz chronograph version is almost unheard of and has become so desirable due to the very limited quantities manufactured and the fact it has been discontinued. Also worth noting: The quartz version keeps more accurate time and requires less maintenance. It’s unlikely you will ever find a NOS one of these so, if you ever regretted not getting one before, well, now’s your chance to snap this beauty up. Watch has always been professionally maintained and will arrive as clean as you will ever find. Recently fitted with a fresh Energizer battery and running strong. All functions operate as intended. Some specifics : Wa tch measures just over 1 5/8″ or 42mm across case excluding crowns, chrono pushers and lugs. Apx 45mm w/Crown. Width between the lugs is 21mm. Bracelet includes a full compliment of factory issued links and should accommodate up to an apx 8 1/2″ to 8 3/4″ wrist circumference (or smaller) so please keep this in mind prior to placing a bid/offer. Individual links can easily be removed o find your perfect fit. Included is the super cool, ultra rare watch and a genuine SA presentation box which is not original to watch only (as seen in pic’s/excluding background props). NO extra links, leather straps, other boxes or manual but watch is relatively EZ to operate. Chrono manuals can be found on the net if so needed.
