SHIPPING This item will be shipped using a card sleeve inside of a Standard Mailing Envelope and will be free of charge to any resident of the United States. Internal t racking (tracking via eBay Customer Support) WILL be included with this item via eBay Send Shipping. Expedited shipping will be available for a small extra charge of $7.00 USD.
