This holster combo comes with a ammo belt attachment. The attachment can be worn on either side. It can be worn below belt for a lower ride or above belt for a higher ride. The bullets can be carried upward or downward carry depending on your preference. Each bullet will fit snuggly This is a kydex holster for a Taurus Model 605 .We custom make out holsters when there ordered so We can make these anyway you like to carry.
