To purchase a USED part on eBay and expect the seller to provide technical support is unrealistic. Warranties We offer a 10 day warranty for functional or new items. Items sold for parts or repair only are AS IS without warranty and CAN NOT be returned. If you are experiencing a problem with your product, please contact us so that we can help. We do accept US returns for warranty items within 14-days of receiving the product and with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased. Serial Numbers are recorded for EVERY item sent out and will be compared upon receipt of return. Items should be packaged appropriately, preventing any damage during shipping. Items will be processed, inspected, and tested to insure functionality prior to issuing refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. We have been on eBay for many years. We know that a lot of buyers but working parts, claim that it is defective and return their original broken part. To prevent this, we mark all of our parts with tamper proof stickers. If you send us back a different part, we will know instantly.
