The computer does turn on. I don’t know if anything else included here works, mostly because I don’t know what it is or how to use it. It was kept in a computer bag all together. Everything in the photos is included in the price. The charger works, but is missing a bit of the plastic on the end that plugs into the computer. I tried to show it in the picture.
