This means they come with the bulb, the housing that holds the bulb, and the connector; all together in one unit. Changing the lamp is as simple as removing the lamp cover on the projector, unscrewing a few small screws, pulling out the old lamp, and slotting the new lamp in its place. All of our lamps are 100% brand new and never refurbished. Shipping Policy You can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours from dispatch, if the order is placed before 11am CST. If for any reason you do not receive your order within the timescales set out on your order, please get in touch and we’ll aim to help you as best we can. Returns and warranty Warranty All our lamps are covered by our generous 120 day warranty. In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. All will need is the faulty lamp returned to us. We strive to provide the best possible lamps so we take failures seriously. Returns To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. If you’re returning a lamp that’s not faulty you must return it in the box we provided and the lamp must be in the same condition as you received it. Please use additional outer packaging to return the lamp. If the lamp is not received back in ‘As new’ condition we will not be able to accept it.
