This special magnetized card can help you perform several tricks. This is a Bicycle Card with a magnetic steel shim inserted between two Bicycle cards. This will attract (or be attracted by) a magnet or magnetized object. Cards come in assorted suits and values. Coins NOT included. Description: One shimmed card. Also comes with link to online text and video instructions. There are many styles of shim cards. This one in my opinion is one of the better ones for the price. It has a larger shim surface, 2.5″ x 1.5″. That is 1/2″ from the edges. If using this shim card for coin work as pictured above, you have a larger surface for pick-up and being that it is a 1/2″ from the edge it prevents “flash” of the coin. This shim card is produced by inserting the shim between two cards, so it is double thick. By just looking at it, it looks normal. You can hand the card out for inspection and no shim edges will be detected, a layman will more then likely not realize the card is thicker then normal.
