I completely disassembled this bike, cleaned, de-greased and lubed everything and reassembled it. The shifters are very crisp and shift perfect. Tires are in great shape. Overall, this bike is in excellent condition with some chips and minor scratches. It was rarely ridden outside and was a trainer bike inside with a trainer wheel being used. It’s a size XS 650c wheel. Its design was for triathlons and long rides. My wife is 5’3″ and the setup fits her perfect. I will include a beam bag.
