The Simple Sippy adapter must be screwed on straight and the water bottle neck must protrude through the Flipple adapter (see photo). This allows the seal to be between the water bottle neck and the sippy top. 2. Flipple might not screw on as easily as a bottle lid. The bottle sizes vary so you might have to slightly squeeze Flipple as screwing it on. Relax, it will fit. 3. If you are mixing formula, be sure to adjust the water to match the amount of formula needed. 4. Attach your Flipple nipple or Sippy Top and you’re all set. Please note: Although Flipple fits most standard water bottles, there are some that work better than others. Bottles with a longer neck have more threads, which provide a more secure fit. Popular brands are: Aquafina, Desani, Fiji, Nestlé Ice Mountain, Polar Springs and Deer Park. Short-necked bottles have fewer threads for Flipple to connect with. It will work fine for a feeding when you are holding the bottle, but a toddler’s handling could possibly pop the Flipple adapter off.
