We ask that you please open up a return within eBay returns, which can be found by going to “Purchase History” and selecting the return option from the drop down menu for the particular item. SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME POLICY Please pay attention to the handling time listed for the items. Usually we will offer 1 business day handling time, however, sometimes we will extend that. Also, the handling time is for business days (Monday-Friday). For instance, if you purchase an item on Friday, it will not be handled until Monday and will be dropped off Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.
