Shipping Shipping Orders are usually shipped out same day however, some orders can require 1-2 business days for additional processing once the payment is cleared. Returns Returns Refund/Return policy information: All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item new, unused, with tags and original packaging. We respectfully request that you not write on the packaging. All items undergo a return inspection. If your item is returned back to us used or outside the 30 day return policy we will either reject your package or a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If you are unable to generate a return label or cannot afford the shipping costs please reach out to us and we can provide you with a discounted label to return the item back. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund. Damaged/Used Goods: If you are attempting to return Used or Damaged goods you may be subject to restocking fees of up to 80% or we may refuse the package.
