The Standard C508A is an amazing dual band 2M/440 HT that fits in your shirt pocket! It is big on features, if small on size. 60 programmable memories, 39 encode-decode CTCSS tones and good intermod rejection make this little wonder a winner. Battery consumption is kept in check with a four-step battery saver and auto-power off circuit. The 280 mW output works well in most urban areas served with repeaters. It is easy to program via 22 menus and has three types of scanning: Busy, Pause or Hold. Receive range is approximately: 100-180, 340-400 and 400-480 MHz. An incredible 2.28″ x 3.35″ x 1″D. 5.65 oz. Requires two AA cells.
