An element of provenance: This book came from the estate of Brian ‘Bombay Brian’ Hoyt. A helicopter pilot during the Vietnam war who went on to became one of the earliest Western settlers in Goa and a legendary character of the Bombay-Goa scene. His vibrant reputation led to him having his moniker lifted for use in the 2015 Bill Murray/Bruce Willis film ‘Rock The Kasbah’!
