25 Rosella Purple Dwarf Tomato seeds – open-pollinated grown without herbicides and pesticides. Heirloom tomato taste on 4 foot tall plants. This is an open-pollinated tomato that is originally from the Dwarf Tomato Project introduced in 2011. This variety was created as a cross between Budai and Stump of the World tomatoes. Determinate, ready in 75-80 days. Fruits ripen to a dark red/purpleish color, around 4-5 inches in diameter, big enough to use for slicing on sandwiches. Flavor is nice combination of sweet/sour and meaty. Flavor is similar to Brandywine. This is an semi-determinate variety that will grow to around 4 feet tall, and is bushy, a small cage/stake is recommended. Can be grown in a 5 gallon container. First flush of tomatoes will be largest, followed by a few more smaller tomatoes later on.
