Advice: If you are planning on using this on carpets I suggest removing the mop mount. The mop does lift 5mm which may not be adequate for thicker carpets, so it may get stuck. This is not an issue with the vacuum, it was designed to only lift 5mm. This robot vacuum is in excellent condition, it does show scratches on the vacuum itself but doesn’t affect its usage. You do get a ton of accessories, so you shouldn’t have to buy anything for a few months. The vacuum was adult owned in a smoker free home.
