As most know, this was essentially a one-off screw up by Grosset and Dunlap back in 1945. It was right after the war, maybe things weren’t quite settled in the publishing world. Anyway, these are getting more rare and are increasingly collectible. They were also prone to chipping as most know. This book I would rate as “good” as far as these rare editions go.
