Smith in 1937 – First Edition – Signed by the Author This is a wonderful and fascinating look at Europe through the eyes of the Smith family as they traveled through Europe in the early 1930’s as the world was spinning toward World War II. The book is in good condition; the spine is tight and the cover is clean with minor shelf wear including scuffing and/or bumping. The inside front cover has the remains of something being glued there. There is a gift inscription with the author’s signature (there is no authentication) on the inside front cover. The previous owner’s name is on the inside front and back covers. The pages are clear and sharp with minor yellowing and/or fading. There is no dust jacket. This is a wonderful book and it would be an excellant addition to anyone’s library. The book is about 6-1/2″ x 9-1/2″ x 1-1/2″, 540 pages, and about 1-2 lbs.+/- with packaging. (031114-78)
