The Royal Hawaiian Hotel V Print 9 x 12 inch This is a print of a watercolor painting of the super pink and super tropical Royal Hawaiian Hotel. This is the fifth watercolor I’ve done of this famous hotel. I love the pink stucco and old world charm of this historic hotel located at Waikiki Beach. DETAILS This print measures 9 x 12 inches and has a half inch border around all sides. It is signed by the artist in pencil at the bottom. The date, title and other details are included on the front and back. Limited edition number (#/250); edition number will vary and not necessarily reflect the one seen in the photograph. Thank you for supporting artists! ABOUT THE ARTIST Kristi Cavett Jones was raised by artistic parents, both having art degrees. Her father has placed (numerous times) in the top tenth percentile in state and federal duck stamp art contests, and her mother has sold work at a local gallery. Kristi studied art at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts (NOAFA), and is also self-taught. She has sold work at local shows and galleries, and has exhibited in shows in New Orleans and in northwest Caddo Parish, including Centenary College’s Meadows Museum of Art, Norsworthy Gallery, and Artspace in downtown Shreveport. She is a represented artist at the Bailey Gallery in Shreveport and the Front Street Gallery in Natchitoches. In 2011, she was awarded a visual arts grant from the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC). In 2015, she was commissioned to create 29 paintings for the new University Medical Center in New Orleans. Her artwork was selected for the 2018 ‘20th anniversary’ poster for the Sunflower Trail & Festival. She is a member of Louisiana Artists Inc and the Hoover Watercolor Society.
