To qualify for return or refund products need to be in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Any product which has been removed from non-resealable poly bags or manufacturer tamper seal broken is non-returnable and subject to a 20% restock fee.
