This sale is for the hopper with the half height cone only The upper cone on this is 2 inches shorter that my “Jumbo” Hopper I sell. An Allen wrench (as pictured) “is” included to sturdy the hopper to your roller if desired. If you look at the closeup picture, there is a built in damper to allow the tobacco to come down gradually. This helps in cutting down on messes.
