Up for sale, a pair of Philips 5691 ruggedized tubes. This pair tests a bit marginal and may not provide a lot of life at this stage. These have multiple support rods and are a true 5691 tube. Test results are shown. Listed for parts/repair as I have not personally listened to them in a circuit and they are approaching the end of their useful life. This is a sub for the 6SL7 family as I’m sure a reader of this listing will know. My test rig is shown below for reference. I feed the tester with 116.4V sine power (my wall voltage is all over the map, frequently approaching 130V in the summer months). This allows for absolute consistency with testing and/or matching. All tests are run in Fixed Bias mode which produces the most conservative numbers. These will ship in non-original boxes. Listing is for the pair. US bidders/buyers only please.
