And for every Ukrainian it is an unbearable pain to go through all this and see how Russian criminals kill our people and destroy our country. These stamps embody the pain of every Ukrainian who lives day after day in fear for his life, the life of his relatives and friends, as well as who watches how his country is being destroyed. But, very rarely it is possible that a situation will arise that the parcel was delivered to you damaged (wet, wrinkled, torn or with some other type of damage), you can refuse to receive it or immediately take a high-quality photo of the box/envelope from all sides. Carefully inspect the box for a postmark, indicating that the goods have already arrived by mail, damaged during international transportation. In some cases, an information letter from a post office representative may already be attached to the parcel. You should take a photo of this letter! Immediately draw up a damage report with the postman who delivered the parcel to you or contact your post office to draw up such a report and file a complaint. If, upon opening the parcel, you discover that part of the contents is missing or the packaging has been copied, take high-quality photographs from all sides of the parcel and its contents. With these materials, contact the post office to obtain a report on the theft of the contents of the parcel or part of it during transportation.
