If a return is requested due to buyers remorse (“changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake”), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event that your item gets damaged during shipping, please upload photos of the damage to the item, but also the damage to the shipping materials and shipping container.
