Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging (Items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition and without missing parts/tags. In some cases, OZ Pop Culture will require photo evidence of the damaged goods and the parcel it was sent in. If you are unable to provide photo evidence when requested, we will not be able to accept your return. Since OZ Pop Culture deals with popular collectibles, some products may sell out.
