Returned items must be in NEW, UNDAMAGED and COMPLETE condition and must include all product tags, instructions, item packaging (box, bag, carton, etc.) and original packing materials (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, etc.). Used or dirty items cannot be accepted. If you wear it or use it, it is yours to keep. All items should be packed carefully and securely. If the original box was damaged you may have to purchase another box to return it in. We recommend our customers purchase shipping insurance to cover the full purchase price of the items, along with obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item can be traced if it is lost. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Customer pays all return shipping charges.
