The HubDoctor new inner bushings are manufactured out of state of the art plastic and are tested and proven to last up to 2 times longer than the original bushing. How to determine what size replacement bushing to purchase: To see which bushing size to purchase, standard .000 or .005 or .003 oversized, take the freehub off the rear wheel and measure the hub surface next to the rubber seal which is all the way inside the hub. A digital caliper or 2″ micrometer works best. If your hub measures .984-.983″ order the standard size. If your hub measures, 982-.979 the .003 oversized bushing fits best. What if I’m unsure of the measurement? I suggest purchasing our kit that contains both the standard and oversized bushing to see which bushing fits best.
