Non-Returnable items will be noted on the ad/description page. Our client must first call or email us for an RA#, (return authorization number) before the item(s)are shipped back. The returned item(s) must have the original sales invoice/packing slip and (if new) still be in its factory sealed box/packaging, un-opened for a refund. If the client has changed the ir mind, and there is nothing wrong with the item, the client is responsible for the return shipping to us. We will refund and or pay the return shipping costs of the item(s) to us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).
