This listing is for both Fairground Mixer and the Balloon Cart which, if I remember correctly, was an in-store exclusive some years back. The ziplock bags are numbered according to which numbered bags the pieces originally came in, with extra bits in a smaller unlabelled bag. The Balloon Cart is in it’s own ziplock with the polybag tucked inside. I think these are complete, but I haven’t taken an inventory on the parts so some pieces could be missing.
