Revised Listing 09/17/2024 This listing is for one Set of 26 Mounted Presidential Senate Campaign Buttons from the 60’s. This collection includes LBJ & Goldwater ribbon pins with donkey/elephant charms attached, and Goldwater lapel pin. This collection was obtained by my father during the time my family lived in DC and my father worked in a congressional administrative position within the State Capitol building during the 50’s into early 70’s. This was displayed for years in his law office with a great deal of other collectible political buttons, signed artwork, which I have just begun to part with. This measures 8” by 10” and is a very old black frame. I plan on shipping in the frame as pictured (unless requested to be shipped without the lovely frame). I am just starting to list a small part of my father’s vast collection of political memoriabilia which includes many political buttons/pins, original artist sketches printed in many national newpapers dating from the 40’s-early 80’s. My father was involved in US, Wisconsin, and Illinois State Government (State Representative) as was my great grandfather (US senator from Wisconsin). I can attest to having helped collect political buttons at many state fairs and political functions as a child for my father’s campaign office.
