Kodiak playing cards from Dan & Dave are a tribute to the last frontier, honouring adventure and the great outdoors. Inspired by their affinity for Kodiak, Alaska, they drew inspiration from one of their favourite decks, ‘Outing Playing Cards’ by Andrew Dougherty from around 1895, and packaged them in a box reminiscent of old fairy tale books. The first edition is a limited run of 2250 decks printed by the US Playing Cards Company on a thin-crushed stock. Features include a custom ace of spades, jokers, and subtle modifications to the face cards. The box is stamped with gold foil and embossed.
