Kenwood TS-2000 / TS-2000X Capacitor Kit Part of the restoration process is the replacing of all electrolytic capacitors. Electrolytics over time change value due to leakage, electrical stress, heat exposure etc., and can be very annoying to troubleshoot especially when intermittent. This is a complete kit for the radial leaded electrolytic version of TS-2000 Series . There are 67 electrolytics used. Values supplied in the kit will be equal to or exceed design values from Kenwood. The kit is comprised of 67 capacitors. The capacitor kit shown in the photo is generic in nature as I have a wide variety of kits for Icom, Kenwood and Yaesu. Capacitors used in the kit are brand new Nichicon/Panasonic any back-ordered part(rare) I substitute with CDE/CHEMI-CON rated at 85 deg. C or higher.
