Item Description Kenwood TM-521 1200MHz 10W machine. Accessories are a hand microphone and an instruction manual. The lithium battery and the backlight in the panel are replaced. The backlight is LED, so it generates less heat and is easy to see. Transmission/reception and frequency deviation are adjusted. Power output is 13W. I disassembled and cleaned it, but the graffiti on the top plate did not disappear.
