KB Controls Speed Control KBDM-14PM (1166C) Cust. P/N 7820406 Input 115 VAC – 50/60 Hz Output 0 – 90 VDC Rated 2.5 ADC The only issue I see is there is a scratch on the face of the dial for the potentiometer. It was never mounted or energized. This came in a kit with another part and we did not need this speed control. Please email me with any questions.
