If you are buying a card to be shipped ebay standard envelope please understand that they can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for delivery. They also only get scanned and updated when they go through a USPS sorting machine. Any time they are hand sorted (as often happens with the thicker cards) they will not get tracking updates since they will not go through a sorting machine. If a tracking update shows delivered and the card is not in your mailbox that is normal. They will show delivered when they go through the sorting machine at your local hub even though they still have to be sent to your local post office and then to your mailbox.
