Once we have received the part, it will be inspected and tested by our engineers to assess any faults If your part is in repairable condition, then we will repair this for you. If there are any issues, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team Once repaired, we will send your part back to you ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE Upon selecting this service you are purchasing a DIRECT PART from us, but you have the option to send your old part to us for a partial refund. This service will entitle you to a £30 refund only if:: Your old part is in a repairable condition Your part is not burned, or water damaged beyond repair We receive the part within 14 DAYS of the purchase The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs. WARRANTY All our products are subject to 1 YEAR WARRANTY. All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details. Exclusions to warranty: Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty. For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty. Failures or defects caused by misuse. RETURNS POLICY Complete the return form and provide return reasons. If the part you received is faulty, we will refund postage up to £6.50. A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty. If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a collection and issue the appropriate replacement.
