Originally came from the S&W factory with the 6906 pistol as shown. (No gun included with sale.) As shown in very last photo, internal tab for left side panel has broken off. ( Noted by YouTube tutorials, this commonly happens even within 1st-2nd installment efforts. Tab is already thinly fragile, but now actually makes re-installation “easier”. It won’t affect stability as the grips are ultimately supported by the screw-housing .)
