This appears to have a single phase power connection to a single phase 18KVA multi-tap transformer, albeit multiple input / output taps that are selectable; input range is hardwired from 228 to 504Volts, the secondary reflects 75 and 300Volts outut as selected, wired to selectable GE industrial control transformers that are wired to the hand controller, one is 240V the other is 480V, also hooked into an inductive reactor, series / parallel configuration… This transforms power, single phase, into two selectable ranges of output power which will smooth any output power into a nice sinusoidal waveform, least noise… It appears to be a custom built single phase AC power source with two odd GE switching transformers, one rated for 240V the other 480Volts, they are hooked up to the hand controller which activates the larger Reactor transformer to the Main 18KVA transformer, this odd inductor logic produces an output range as dialed in by hand controller… It is an odd device, almost looks like a rotary phase converter controller however, there are no startup / run capacitors; which if added then it could become one. Also looks like a forklift charger however, purely an AC input / output, so it’s no battery charger then… All I can specify is that it is a single phase AC power transformer / reactor black box device. It is able to provide a range of single phase meaning only two hot leads of ultra clean opposed sine-wave outputs, the ranges are centered around 75V and 300Volt AC… Excellent condition, little use.
