This 3–page article is titled “Father Chooses His Weapons” by Hiram Percy Maxim. (The genius who invented the Maxim gun could also use a bean shooter.) This is a story by the inventor of the Maxim Silencer about his father, the inventor of the Maxim Gun. The story has nothing to do with weapons of war, but rather the adventures of the two men with a bean shooter. The magazine is in fairly gently read condition. THE GREATEST FLAW IS STAINING ON THE UPPER PORTION OF THE PAGES. THIS DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE SCAN… Not mint, but otherwise clean and a tough find! This is a great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR!
