George William Caso (1942 – 2016) Stunning “STACKED PAPER” Signed Multimedia Sculpture ! Photos do not do this sculpture justice! Paper and wire sculpture with gold painted accents. Florida artist George William Caso passed away in 2016. I have kept this piece in my studio for years, but have run out of room and now want someone else to enjoy it! It is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. Nicely framed with custom made curved Lucite box. The frame is quite heavy —> 14lbs. 2 oz. Carefully packed, it will weigh much more There are a few spots of paint on the frame that I never removed… I have never been bothered by them, but I am sure they could be cleaned off pretty easily. Dimensions: 30-1/2″ long x 20-3/8″ tall x 4″ deep (measured at extremes of each dimension) Since I cannot open the frame, I can only estimate the actual size of the artwork itself but I do estimate it to be approx. 12″ x 9-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ Weight: 14 lb. 2 oz. Carefully packed sculpture will weigh considerably more. The USPS is kindly raising rates for October through December! eBay takes 10% of postal fees as we ll! Postage is no money maker for me!
