Core Policy Some parts offered on our website have a “core charge” applied. This is a refundable charge the manufacturer applies certain parts, ensuring the old part will be returned back to us. Customer is responsible for shipping cores back to us, including shipping costs. Cores must be returned in the original Toyota packaging from the new part. Toyota does not accept or pay us for any cores not returned in the Toyota packaging. Cores must also be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts and drained. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit.
